  I found Matthew's contact info online when I decided to return to my search for a home. My previous realtor was attentive and nice, but when I decided to change my search to a fixer upper, she made it clear she was only comfortable working with higher end properties. Matthew gave me a call within an hour of me sending him an email. On a weekend! Aside from the basics (always showing up on time, answering all my questions, replying to all my emails promptly), Matthew's strengths lie in how wonderfully he communicates market information and how patient he is with all my questions. He had his computer with him at every home we visited. After taking a look at the house, he'd log onto his computer and show me a market analysis for the house. We'd compare home values in the area, view details of the different properties that sold in the past six months and then discus how fairly that house was priced. My biggest fear in purchasing a home is walking blindly into a decision that's going to affect the next couple decades of my life. Matthew gives me all the information I need to make an informed decision, a decision I'll be comfortable with and never regret. And he never holds back when I ask questions about the quality of a neighborhood or the likelihood of me getting my return on my investment if I decide to add a bathroom or other major renovation. I've had to put my house hunt on hold for a bit, but when I get back into it, Matthew is going to be my first call.
