  I was hit by a car that claimed they were going to get hit by a car and ended up running into the side of my car. The accident tore my rotator cuff in my shoulder. I could not pick up my son, I could not get dressed by myself, and other normal daily tasks became unbearable. I required surgery, rehab, and many days and hours lost at work. The lady who hit me and I had the same insurance. It is one if not the biggest insurance in San Antonio and known nationally. I thought for sure I would be taken cared of by them. Well I was wrong. Even though the lady admitted to running into my car and even though the doctor said I needed surgery because of the accident the insurance refused to pay and was very mean and ugly to me at a time I was already in so much pain. I went to see Mr. Rowland and he told me to just worry about getting well and he was going to deal with the insurance company. He was the light at the end of the long tunnel I felt I was in. He helped me get money to pay for my surgery, get my car fixed, and also money to help me re-do my shower to help me accommodate my shoulder that will never be 100%. I will never forget how much he helped me and my family. If you are hurt in an accident do not rely that your insurance will be there to help you.   I was involved in a car/pedestrian collision where I was the pedestrian and the car jumped the curb. I researched many attorneys and had several interviews before I met Michael Rowland. He was a straight shooter and took his time explaining the process. I just recently finished closing the case and I can say I am happy with my choice and his involvement.
