  Gilbert has been fantastic! Such a warm person, and always ready and willing to help with any maintenance related need. As a retired Air Force Master Sergeant, he understands and is compassionate to the unique circumstances and legalities of renting to military tenants. Great experience as one of his tenants!

  We had the pleasure of renting a newly built house which A&G Property Management managed. We never had any issues with anyone being unprofessional or “all about the money” as stated in other reviews. Every time we submitted a work order (which was twice for very minor issues), the problem was fixed in a timely manner. We dealt with Gilbert the whole two years of renting the property and every phone call or email was professional. He always went above and beyond to make sure our family was satisfied and taken care of. He never invaded our privacy and respected us as tenants all while handling his business as a property manager. We ended up closing on the house we’ve been renting for two years on today. We absolutely love our home, however, if we ever decide to put it up for rent, we’d most definitely trust our property to be managed by A&G. We know we’d be in good hands! I’d definitely recommend A&G Property Management to anyone looking for an awesome and trustworthy company to manage your property. You will not be disappointed!
