  Truck struck with rock. Damage was a quarter size star on driver side windshield. Took vehicle for seal to damaged area to prevent windshield's further damage. Cost approximately $65. When repairman called GEICO for authorization to seal damage was informed that I had been selected randomly for inspection of damage before repair could be authorized. I relayed to claims rep that should windshield shatter before repair then my cost would be $250 deductible and GEICO would still pay $65. Total cost of windshield would be approx $315. Have her a GEICO insured for seven years with no claims. Changed home and auto insurance based on principal.
