  Nancy is one of the WORST funeral directors I have ever dealt with. She leaves things put off she maked the entire experience feel cold. I feel like she has no empathy and should not be in a funeral directors position. She doesn’t seem very genuine about what she does and I’ve gotten late responses or no calls Back and I always get placed over to someone who assists her. To me it felt like she was all about the money and although it is a lower priced funeral home I was made to feel like myself or my loved one wasn’t important enough because I wasn’t paying 10 grand for a funeral. Even then so she made it feel like getting paid was the number one priority. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone, perhaps ask for a different funeral director because if you want someone who is sensitive and understanding NANCY IS NOT THE PERSON TO DO SO.
