I regret taking my infant to this place. My tour was done by Samantha who was short and rude. Her attitude was as if I was inconveniencing her. But, because its a part of the church and cheaper than most, i decided to pay the rediculous 2 weeks plus registration fee of $496.00. My daughter had not even started and Samantha debited my account for an additional $198.00; unauthorized. Because of my return to work date, I had to take my daughter there. The caregiver insisted on using their bibs, which were for boys, after I told her that my daughter is teething and I have bibs packed for her. I picked my daughter up that evening and her top was soaked. The next day I went over on my lunch break and found my daughter in the "crib" which is more like a cage. The bed was low to the ground and the rails were extremely high. I couldnt even reach my daughter. I asked the caregiver for help whom was taller than me and she could barely reach her so she grabs my daughters arm to reach her torso. If she could barely reach her to get her out of that contraption that is not appropraiate for infants, how is she laying her down? I had to return to work, but cut my day short because I felt my daughters safety was in jeapordy. I returned to find the same caregiver rocking and feeding my daughter from behind. My daughters back was to her chest and she was holding the bottle in her mouth. My baby is 3 months old. What if my daughter was choking or didnt want anymore? What if there was too much pressure being applied? The office staff and caregivers lack the common sense required to care for anyones child. Oh, btw, they put stepping stools next to the cribs as a solution to them not being age appropriate. And, when I told the director that the caregiver grabbed my daughters arm, her response was "No she didnt"....these people should either be replaced or their license revoked. I also witnessed the caregiver holding a pacifer in an infants mouth. If the baby wants yhe pacifier, they will suck it, you cant hold it there, thats forcing it. I am scared to imagine what this caregiver does when parents arent around.
